Hey y’all! Seafood boils can cost a pretty penny and take forever to make. So I’m fixin’ to show you a quick ‘n easy version that’s just as tasty and ready in under 30 minutes and $30. This 30 Minute Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil will make your weeknight dinners something to look forward to, and it’s simple enough that even the kids can lend a hand. Let's dive in!
What You'll Need
Before we get cooking, let’s gather our ingredients. For this quick shrimp boil, you’ll need:
1 pound of baby red potatoes
3 ears of fresh corn
1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound of andouille sausage, sliced
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of ancho chili powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 lemon

While the potatoes and corn are boiling away, you can get the oven preheated. Set it to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Now, don’t be shy with the seasonin’. I used a tablespoon of each of my favorites: smoked paprika, ancho chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley, plus salt and pepper to taste. This is where you can get creative. Spice it how you like it, sugar!
