GF Country Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
7 Tbsp Butter
10-12 slices of bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Pack of Cajun Style Andouille Sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Head Cabbage, sliced & chopped
2 Yellow Onions, diced
1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
Instructions
Heat a large pan on medium heat and add the sliced bacon. Cook until slightly crispy, then remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
Add sausage and onion to the same pan, cooking until sausage is nice and browned and onions are translucent.
Add Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, salt, pepper & stir to combine.
Place the cabbage on top along with the butter (sliced into 1/2 inch slices) and white wine vinegar.
Use tongs to mix and allow to simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cabbage is buttery soft and slightly caramelized.
Toss the bacon back in, and stir together before serving.
Serve as a side or as a main dish with rice and corn bread. Enjoy!!!
